Michael Champion, of Landon Road, Gosport, intentionally exposed himself inappropriately on February 27 in the town – leaving the victim ‘shocked and upset’.

Serial flasher exposed himself

The 36-year-old serial flasher, who has a string of previous convictions for flashing and exposing himself to shocked victims, exposed his genitals in a bid to cause alarm and distress to his victim, Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court heard.

Champion, who pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, was handed a community order and has to register with police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for the next five years.

He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
