It comes after the body of Jamie Walker, 28, of no fixed address, was found in a garden by a resident at around 8am in Outram Road, Southsea, on August 30.

Hampshire police said a post mortem put the cause of death as chest injuries consistent with a fall from height.

The News understands Mr Walker fell from a window of a property in the street.

A 28-year-old man, from Portsmouth, returned bail on Thursday and was re-nail until January 30.
