Speeding A3(M) driver fined £1,083 for hitting 107mph at Horndean

MAGISTRATES have fined a man £1,083 for speeding at 107mph on the A3M.

Leigh Rowsell, 51, admitted speeding southbound at Horndean on May 16 in a Mercedes.

At Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he was handed six points on his driving licence.

Rowsell, of Dore Avenue, Fareham, must pay a £103 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
