Teenager, 17, assaulted as he walked along Lee-on-the-Solent seafront

Police are investigating after the boy was assaulted in Lee-on-the-Solent, just before 7.30pm on Thursday, April 22.

The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time.

Tweeting yesterday evening, Gosport police said: ‘Earlier this evening, a 17-year-old was assaulted along the seafront in Lee-on-the-Solent.

‘The incident occurred at 7.23pm.

‘Were you in the area at the time? Did you see or hear anything of the incident, or do you have any camera footage?’

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call 101, quoting the crime reference number 44210154808.
