A WOMAN was fined £50 for stealing fragrance.
Samantha Roche, 37, of Hampshire Street, Fratton, admitted stealing £139 worth of fragrance in Portsmouth.
Portsmouth magistrates fined her and ordered her to pay a £30 surcharge. Her plea was taken into account.
