Two men charged over Portsmouth taxi robberies

POLICE investigating a series of robberies have charged two Paulsgrove men.

Wayne Bailey, 46, of Hillsley Road has been charged with four counts of robbery and four counts of possession of an offensive weapon.

Martin Lee O’Sullivan, 41, of Chaucer Avenue, has been charged with two counts of robbery.

A Hampshire police spokeswoman said both men are due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court today.
