Urination man fined
A MAN who urinated in public has been fined.
Lee Carter, 42, of Gosport Road, Fareham was caught on February 3.
Fareham magistrates fined him £60 with a £20 victim surcharge and £20 prosecution costs.
He committed the offence in Gosport Road.
He pleaded guilty to committing an indecent act by urinating in contravention of a Fareham byelaw.
