Voyeurism probe at Pyramids Centre in Southsea ends in 'no action'

An allegation of voyeurism at a busy leisure centre has ended with no police action.

Hampshire police were told of an alleged incident of voyeurism at the Pyramids Centre in Southsea on January 24 at 9.20am.

But now officers have confirmed ‘no offences’ were found and no action will be taken.

The News understands the initial report to police concerned the women’s changing rooms at the Clarence Esplanade centre.

A Hampshire police spokesman said: ‘Officers have thoroughly investigated a report of an incident of voyeurism at The Pyramids Centre, which was received on January 24.

‘However, no offences have been identified and no further action has been taken.

‘If any further evidence was to be presented, officers would of course ensure this is also investigated.’
