WATCH: Police arrest men in Portsmouth street after incident
Police were spotted arresting two men in a Fratton street after several force vehicles attended an incident.
A police van and two cars were captured in New Road East on Friday around 11.30pm. A video shows a man being taken into the van while being flanked by officers after his arrest.
A second male was also seen being arrested. It is thought a car was seized at the scene.
Police have been approached for more details.
