Woman assaulted in front of families at Injoy Play Centre in Southampton

A WOMAN was left with facial injuries after being assaulted at an indoor play centre.

The victim, who is in her 40s, was attacked by another woman in front of families at Injoy Centre in Ocean Village, Southampton, on Sunday.

Police have said that the assaulted happened between 6pm and 6.30pm and she suffered facial injuries.

The woman is described as being white, between the ages of 25 and 30. She is approximately 5ft 3ins tall and has a slim build.

Notably she is described as having dyed red hair with a bar through her lip and lots of facial piercings.

She was wearing jeans and tan coloured boots.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they wish to speak to in connection with the assault.
