Jane has been volunteering for SERV Wessex since 2012 and is also a volunteer driver as well as an experienced controller.

Sunday was particularly busy day with all three riders on duty out on runs, and one of the evening riders being called out early to help with the afternoon’s workload.

SERV Wessex is the volunteer blood bike group for Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire and relies entirely on donations from the public to maintain its service, 365 nights of the year and 24 hours a day on weekends and bank holidays.

Jane has also completed the Brighton half-marathon
to raise funds for SERV Wessex.
