HMS Queen Elizabeth: Departure of Royal Navy carrier from Portsmouth is postponed

HMS Queen Elizabeth will no longer set sail from Portsmouth tomorrow, the navy has announced.

The Royal Navy carrier was due to leave Portsmouth Naval Base around 9am tomorrow, but this departure has now been cancelled.

Posting on social media, HMNB Portsmouth tweeted: ‘@HMSQNLZ will not sail tomorrow.
