Portsmouth residents lucky enough to get tickets for the D-Day commemorations today have sharing their thoughts ahead of the events on Southsea Common.
The city is hosting two events today (June 5) for the UK’s official commemorations of the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings.
We spoke to some of the people queuing up to go in this morning who shared their thoughts of the day ahead.
