'˜Disgusting behaviour from a human being': Readers react as dog is dumped and left to die in Portsmouth car park
The RSPCA has released photos and a video of the flea-ridden Staffordshire bull terrier cross, which was found in a car park by the ramparts in Portsmouth on Wednesday.
The old, tan-coloured dog was rushed to The Stubbington Ark RSPCA Animal Shelter by the member of public who found him but died before arrival.

Here are some of the comments from our Facebook page:
Amanda Jane: '˜They need to be found and sent to prison and never allowed pets again. Disgusting.'
Gemma Denise Foran: '˜It's so unnecessary, if you can't cope just take it to a shelter?!'
