Giant inflated sausage roll brings in Fareham shoppers
SHOPPERS headed down in their droves to an Asda superstore to take part in their store campaign and get their picture with a giant inflated sausage roll.
Asda in Newgate Lane, Fareham saw 500 goody bags fly out of the store after they launched the ‘Find Sid a home’ campaign to shoppers over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
A giant 18ft inflated Sid the sausage roll was at the store with customers looking to get their hands on the goodie bags from Wall’s Pastry and take part in the online campaign to post as many pictures as possible with Sid to win £700.
