Group nears £3,000 target
WALKERS are on track to raise £3,000 for charity.
Eight people from the Port to Port Plodders group walked 100 miles over four days.
Sponsorship money is still coming in but their £3,000 is due to be met.

The group walked from Portland in Dorset on Thursday morning, following the coastline to Portsmouth Harbour.
Torrential rain did not put them off and they arrived at 3pm on Sunday.
The group was led by Karen James of Stubbington the other members included Alan and Karen James, Gwyneth and Martin Down, Maggie and Matthew Barnes and Sean Wiseman. Branch president Alderman Graham Hewitt praised the group.
