Hampshire Traffic: Road traffic collision on A31 near Stoney Cross causing delays of over an hour

A collision on the A31 is causing significant delays of up to an hour and a half.
All lanes are blocked on the A31 eastbound at Stoney Cross following a road traffic collision involving a vehicle. As a result there are significant delays on approach as police are holding traffic.
