Iron Duke hits fjords
HMS Iron Duke has arrived in the picture-postcard Norwegian city of Bergen ahead of Nato war games in the fjords.
The Portsmouth-based frigate was joined by sister ship, HMS Monmouth.
Iron Duke is assigned to Nato’s standing group one – the first UK ship in more than a decade to attach to the formation, which patrols the Baltic and European waters.
The war games are due to begin this week.
