LGBT month's special events '“ and Portsmouth Pride

THERE are a range of events to mark Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender History Month.

Portsmouth Pride has organised events across the area in partnership with the University of Portsmouth and Portsmouth Film Society.

There will be films and a free public lecture.

Portsmouth Football Club will dedicate the match on February 13 to the Football v Homophobia campaign.

St Vincent College in Gosport is holding a gig to help launch its Pride group on February 26.

And the Portsmouth Pride organising committee is already planning this year’s festival for June 18.
