We may have got married, but it hasn't changed us
How on earth can that have been a whole year ago? I honestly can’t quite believe that amount of time has passed.
It really does only feel like yesterday and yet so much has happened in our lives since then.

Hide AdWe went on an incredible honeymoon to Dubai and Mauritius, we’ve sold our house and bought another one, moved in with my auntie and are currently living in Swanmore and found out that my sister Michelle is expecting her first child and we’re going to be auntie and uncle again (can’t quite tell you how excited I am by this news).
Generally it’s been a year of change and yet one thing that hasn’t changed is Matt and I.
We’re still exactly the same as we were this time a year ago.
Yes, we’re husband and wife now and I’m finally a Kingston.
But generally we haven’t changed as a couple and I love that fact.

Hide AdPeople have constantly asked me over the past 12 months what it’s like being married and my answer is always the same: ‘It’s the same as it was before.’
I don’t think this is a bad thing, though.Yes we’re married, but we’re still the same goofy couple we were when we met as teenagers.
As we’re about to celebrate our first wedding anniversary with a big party with all our family and friends, I’m excited by the fact we’re still very much a young couple in love.
Everyone say ‘aaahhhhh, aren’t they cute.’ No?
Okay, moving on I have to say it’s been a rather challenging experience getting back in my wedding dress, so one thing has definitely changed – my weight.

Hide AdI’ve put on a few pounds, but I’m stubborn if nothing else and, with the help of my trusty trainer Michelle Lewis, have got back into it.
So although I may not look quite like I did a year ago, I’m just happy to have squeezed back into it.
I can’t wait to celebrate at our party tomorrow night.
Happy wedding anniversary Matt!
I CAN’T HELP FEELING THAT THIS NAME IS A BIT UNDERWHELMING
After nine months of planning, I really thought Jeremy Clarkson and his sidekicks Richard Hammond and James May would have come up with something slightly more imaginative as a name for their new car show.
It was revealed on Wednesday that their Amazon show, which is basically their new version of their old global hit BBC show Top Gear, will be called The Grand Tour.

Hide AdApparently thousands of people put forward suggestions, yet they went for this one.
Hmmmmm.
I can’t help feeling the name they’ve chosen is a little underwhelming, to say the least.
Surely there was something a bit more exciting out there?
I’d like to know what you think.
BY DAY THREE OF MY DIET, I’D HAVE EATEN MY OWN ARM
This week I’ve been on a mega diet to get into my wedding dress.
I’ve literally eaten fruit and nothing but fruit for three days solid.
I actually did it as well – I didn’t cheat, honestly.

Hide AdWell okay perhaps a little – on one day I admit I had one cracker. It was just one, but who’s counting?
Don’t tell my trainer, but by day three I would have eaten my own arm rather than another piece of mango.
So although I will now be able to get my slightly smaller than before bottom into my wedding dress, I can assure you of one thing.
Post-party on Monday, once I’ve consumed everything possible, I won’t fit in it again.
But hey, Matt took a vow to love me as I am and that means every inch of me – ha ha!
