Dilbar, which flies the flag of the Caymen Islands, is said to be the world’s largest yacht by gross tonnage.
It is owned by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov who is worth nearly $16 billion.
Dilbar entered service in 2016, it was designed by Andrew Winch.
The super yacht is 156 metres long and has nearly 60 cabins as well as two helipads and a 25-metre long swimming pool.
Dilbar was spotted sailing in the Solent from Southampton.
According to reports the yacht is worth $650 million – and was in Southampton after a week-long voyage from Barcelona.
