‘Aliens…an art installation’: Here’s what our readers think mysterious monolith on Isle of Wight is

Speculation is rife after a mysterious monolith appeared on the Isle of Wight over the weekend.

The object was discovered in Compton Beach by a dog walker.

It is not the first time that the mysterious monolith has appeared, after previously being spotted in Utah, Romania and California.
