DRIVERS are facing rush hour delays this morning on the A3 after a crash.
It happened northbound at Horndean and has left a lane blocked, causing disruption to commuters. Live travel service Romanse, posting on Twitter, said: ‘Northbound - One lane BLOCKED due to RTI at Horndean, delays building on approach.’
