A CRASH on the M3 left two lanes blocked and lengthy delays during rush hour traffic.

The incident happened northbound between junction 10 Winchester and junction 9 around 5.40pm – initially leaving lanes one and two blocked.
Delays of 40 mins were reported from junction 11 close to the M27, live traffic service Romanse said.
Only lane one is now blocked.
