Emergency services called to overturned car in Hayling Island

A CAR has been flipped on to its roof in a crash along the Hayling Island seafront.

Emergency service crews were mobilised to the incident in Sea Front on Hayling Island at 10.44am today.

Fire fighters from Havant and Hayling Island stations attended, alongside police and an ambulance crew, a crew manager from Havant Fire Station confirmed.

Hampshire Constabulary have been contacted for further details.

Fire fighters were checking inside the vehicle as Hayling Island resident Richard Coates passed by the incident.

He said: ‘A crash like that is not something you see every day.’
