WATCH: Enthusiastic tug boat soaks Victorious Festival goers with its windy display
Watch as festival-goers get a soaking
Victorious Festival-goers got a bit of a soaking thanks to an enthusiastic tug boat.
The tug boat was giving one of its traditional displays off the shoreline next to one of the queues into the event yesterday morning (August 28). But the high winds carried the spray across the promenade and into the waiting crowd.

The tug boats are a popular feature of the Southsea festival in Portsmouth which is taking place this bank holiday weekend.
More displays are planned, weather and operational permitting.
