Goodwood Revival 2024: Spectators enjoy an incredible day one with classic car displays and entertainment

Spectators braved the weather to enjoy the first day of a classic car and vintage clothing extravaganza.

Goodwood Revival 2024 started on Friday, September 6 at Goodwood Motor Circuit, and despite the weather, it was a spectacular first day with attendees enjoying a day of entertainment and classic car displays. Famous for its cars, the festival also provided a number of other displays including a best dressed competition with people dressing in their best vintage garb to claim the prize.

The event is famous for being a prestigious historic motor meet up and is the only one of its kind held completely in a period theme. To add to that, this year’s event is the first time that a historic motorsport event will include cars that use sustainable fuels in all races.

The event is set to continue for the rest of the weekend, finishing on Sunday, September 8.
