Havant firefighter issues warning after kitchen blaze

The warning comes after two appliances were deployed from Havant at 12.30pm today to tackle a kitchen fire in a house on Swanmore Road.
Firefighters had to remove the oven, which had been the source of the fire, after it was left unattended.

Hide AdCrew manager Kavanagh said: ‘This is why it is important not to leave cooking unattended and to always check your smoke alarms.’
No one was injured in the fire.
