THEY say lightning doesn’t strike twice – in this case it did as fire crews have been mobilised to house a second house fire caused by lightning.
Firefighters from Fareham and Gosport were mobilised at 2.36pm this afternoon (August 28) to a house on Summerleigh Walk in Fareham.
A statement from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Serviced said: ‘There was a fire in the roof space which has been caused by lightning.’
