Love Island: How to vote for Portsmouth girl Demi Jones in the final

The former Springfield School student has reached the last episode of the winter incarnation of the show.

After leaving Cosham behind she has found love with fellow contestant Luke M – after being dumped by Nas.

Now the couple are competing to be crowned the first winners of winter Love Island.

The winning pair will be given a cash prize of £50,000 but one of them will have to decided whether to share the money or take it for themselves.
