Seven people living in Saunders Close are celebrating after winning £1,000 each thanks to their lucky postcode.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners.

He said: ‘A big congratulations to our winners in Lee-on-the-Solent. What a great way to kick off the month. I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special.’

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and lottery players have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
