Man cut free from car after road traffic collision in Waterlooville

FIREFIGHTERS had to cut a man free from his car following a road traffic collision.

The driver had become trapped after his black vehicle ended up on its side after the incident on Silvester Road in Waterlooville.

Two fire crews from Waterlooville along with appliances from Cosham and Horndean were deployed at 6.20pm this evening (November 23) after receiving reports of the incident. After the man was cut free from his car he was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service and taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital.
