Man hanging from a window rescued in Southsea

FIREFIGHTERS were this afternoon called to rescue a man hanging from a window in Southsea.

Fire crews from Southsea were mobilised to the incident on Greetham Street and were able bring the man down to safety.

A statement from police said: ‘We received a report of a concern for the welfare of a man in Greetham Street just after 12.20pm today (May 20). Officers attended and the man was located.’
