Man's body discovered on Isle of Wight beach

Hampshire Police have said the man was found at Old Castle Point near East Cowes shortly after 6am.

Officers believe the deceased was aged between 30 and 40 and have said he was Asian, short in height and clean-shaven. He was wearing brown corduroy trousers and a blue shirt.

While police are appealing for information to help identify the man they have said his death is not being treated as suspicious.
