Missing Fareham dog is found dead on railway line

THE search for a dog that went missing on Christmas Day has ended in tragedy.

Since his disappearance, a Facebook group with more than 1,000 members has been set up and posters have been put up around town.

But sadly, Arlo was found dead on a railway line yesterday afternoon.

A post in the Facebook group said: ‘Sadly Arlo has been found deceased on the railway line not far from where he went missing.

‘It is likely he died on the day he went missing, but his body has only just been discovered.’
