Motorcyclist fighting for life after serious crash
A 20-year-old motorcyclist is fighting for life after a crash.
The incident happened at around 5.40pm yesterday (Wednesday 9 April) when a grey Volkswagen Golf and a white Triumph motorcycle collided at the junction of Broom Way and Manor Way in Lee-on-the-Solent.
The Volkswagen had been travelling south on Broom Way prior to the collision, and the motorcycle had been travelling north, before the Volkswagen turned into Manor Way.
Police said: “The rider of the motorcycle, a 20-year-old man, sustained serious and life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital where he remains at this time receiving treatment.
“Did you witness the incident, or either vehicle driving in the lead up to the collision? Did you capture anything on Dash Cam?”
