POLL: Should Aaron's school have taken action over his haircut?
A school has defended its policy over haircuts after excluding 15-year-old Aaron Pryor from classes, saying his short-sides broke the rules.
But do you think the school were right to take action?
Aaron’s mother Sam criticised the ruling and said she did not believe Aaron deserved punishment.
She said: ‘I was extremely angry. I believe this haircut looks perfectly acceptable.’
But Portchester Community School’s headteacher Richard Carlyle said: ‘Our policies clearly specify hair colours and styles which are acceptable.’
