Portsmouth hit by power cuts - here are the areas with outages

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) is reporting that there are outages in the Milton area of the city.

The company’s power track map is showing that 14 postcodes have been affected.

It also says that the power cut happened at 5.20am.

Here are the affected areas:

- PO1 2AS

- PO3 6DR

- PO4 8LF

- PO4 8LG

- PO4 8LH

- PO4 8LJ

- PO4 8LL

- PO4 8LN

- PO4 8LP

- PO4 8LQ

- PO4 8LR

- PO4 8LS

- PO4 8LT

- PO4 8LW

SSEN says on its power track map: ‘We’re sorry for the loss of supply. We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed. Our engineers are on site working hard to get the power back on as quickly as they can.’

They are hoping to get power restored by 8am.
