Power cut to affect homes across Waterlooville, Bishop’s Waltham and Fareham for up to three hours

HOMEOWNERS have been told it could be three hours until they get electrcity back after a power cut.

Homes across Waterlooville, Bishop’s Waltham and Fareham lost power this afternoon due to a fault and Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks have said it hopes to have power restored between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

A statement from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) said: ‘We’re sorry for the loss of supply. We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed. Our engineers are on site working hard to get the power back on as quickly as they can.
