Sky outage: Company hope to have internet restored in Portsmouth 'within 4 hours'
Customers in Portsmouth as well as the surrounding areas have been left without broadband and phone services.
The company have said that the outage comes as a result of a ‘fibre-cable break’.

Hide AdIn a text message sent to customers at 11.30am, Sky said that they are aiming to fix the issue ‘withing four hours’.
Sky’s text reads: ‘Engineers continue to work hard, but due to a significant break the fix is taking longer than hoped. We expecrted to have the issued fixed within four hours.’
BT and Virgin Media customers have also been hit by internet outages in Portsmouth and Hampshire.
