Traffic in Hampshire: Delays on M3 southbound near Eastleigh following broken down bus

One lane has been blocked off on the M3 southbound between junction 12 of the A335, Chandlers Ford, and junction 13 of the A335, Eastleigh, due to a broken down bus.

There are delays backing from junction 11 of the A3090, Winchester.
