TWENTY tonnes of hay were extinguished by firefighters at a farm.

Fire crews put out the haystack fire on New Barn Farm Lane, Waterlooville, just after 5pm on Thursday.

Two hose reels were used with damping down carried out by firefighters from Waterlooville and Horndean.
