Police ask residents to stay away from Portsmouth flat block due to ongoing incident
DUE to an ongoing police incident, residents have been asked to stay away from a block of flats in Portsmouth.
Officers were called to Wilmcote House in Somerstown at 8.38pm and are still dealing with an '˜ongoing incident'.
