More work to fix potholes at £9.2m Hard Interchange in Portsmouth to start
Portsmouth City Council has revealed its contractor Colas will fill potholes at the Hard Interchange, in Portsea, from November 30.
The repairs will be carried out over the course of five nights to minimise the impact on bus services.

Hide AdCouncillor Lynne Stagg, the city council's traffic and transport boss, said 'We're sorry for the inconvenience caused to local residents and businesses while temporary repairs continue and we are very grateful for everyone's patience and understanding.'
The work comes as part of a series of jobs undertaken at the harbourside site since it opened in May 2017.
On previous occasions the surface of The Hard has been reduced to 'sludge' in wet weather as it appeared to be sinking.
As reported, Portsmouth council is in talks with the companies who dealt with the design to come up with a permanent solution.

Hide AdCllr Stagg added: 'Our goal is to replace the surface completely and alleviate all the current problems, so that the Interchange can withstand wear and tear for many years to come, but we need to complete discussions with the designer and contractor that have been delayed due to the pandemic.
'The ongoing costs for temporary repairs are part of the current discussions.'
The council also said measures are being taken to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum. Residents and businesses in the area have been sent letters explaining what is happening.
Anyone who has any questions or concerns about the resurfacing can contact Colas on 023 9231 0900.
