Caroline Dinenage quizzed Andy Burnham over the government’s response to the recent small boat landing in Gosport

Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage has quizzed Prime Minister Andy Burnham over the government’s response to the recent small boat landing in the town.

During a Commons debate this week, she expressed her concerns that no-one from the government had contacted her “before, during or after” the incident on October 4 when a group of 149 migrants were brought ashore to Fort Blockhouse. They were then transported to Kent for processing.
