Shop clears legal high stock following new law
TWO shops that sold legal highs have cleared their stock after a law came in yesterday banning them.
The Gypsy Kings branches in Market Way, Portsmouth and Market Parade, Havant cleared all their stock before midnight on Thursday.
The New Psychoactive Substances Act means it is now a criminal offence for a person to supply, produce or export so-called legal highs.
