Thousands use scheme
THOUSANDS of people in Hampshire bought a home under the Help to Buy scheme.
Statistics from Barratt Homes revealed 3,471 people have used the scheme since 2013. A total of 324 used the scheme in Havant, 205 in Fareham, 136 in Gosport and 130 used it in Portsmouth since the launch.
