Tory praises budget
TORY chief says Portsmouth could be in line for a £7m cash injection thanks to the new budget.
Councillor Luke Stubbs, deputy leader of the Conservative group on Portsmouth City Council said it was '˜the best settlement local government has had in a decade'.
