A3(M) - One lane blocked northbound by Petersfield due to broken down vehicle between Farnham Road and B3006 Ham Barn Roundabout, delays of 30 minutes.
A27 - traffic moving freely, although Sussex Police did block the eastbound carriageway by the A259 junction near Emsworth at about 3am after an escaped horse ran into the road. The animal has since been removed from the highway.
