Broken-down vehicle causes M27 delays
Rush-hour drivers on the M27 were delayed by a broken-down vehicle today.
Romanse traffic managers said one lane westbound was blocked between J12 and J11 because of the incident.
They reported motorists queuing for 30 minutes from the A3M and slow traffic northbound on the A2030 Eastern Road in Portsmouth.
